Hi guys I need some advice, I have a 2 year green card , that will soon expire, what's the chances of me applying for my 10 year green card without my husband and getting it approve? I'm just tired of being mistreated in my marriage and wants to leave, but my green card is on my mind , we also have a child together. Do you guys think I will be approve without him ?
