Filed for overseas but now in the states
Hi,
I'm a student currently in the states. My parents petitioned (I-130) me as the beneficiary will file immigrant visa overseas. However, after the petition got approved, I moved to the states for university. I filed I-485 along with I-765 and I-130. The combo card was approved.
The problem is I keep getting notification from NVC that the petition is awaiting for a visa application because my parents filed for overseas.
Does anyone have the same experience?
