Hi guys,
So I know that if couples remain married for 3 years, we can start applying for citizenship even when the 10-year gc is pending correct? I wanna know when exactly i can apply, I will provide time-line before can someone pls help?

Applied for I-485 in December 27th 2018
Case Received on 1/9/2019
Got my CONDITION GREEN CARD after interview on 11/19/2019 and on the card it says expired on 11/19/2021
So basically I can apply for PERMANENT RESIDENCY in AUGUST OF 2021 right? Since by 11/21/2021 i will be married for 3 years, can I also start applying for my citizenship???
