Hello Family,
Last week I received an informed delivery mail from uscis which looks like an interview notice but the mail has not been delivered yet. My status online didn’t update so the customer service agents have no clue that a letter been sent out to begin with. They only see what i can see. The lawyer thinks it’s an interview letter and he says there is nothing we can do if usps misplaces the letter and we have to miss the interview so they send us another letter!!!! That’s insane. We’re thinking to go down to the field office and talk to them.
Any one experienced a delay after seeing a mail in informed delivery?
