EAD and AP
Hello Guys,
PD 12/30/19 for I-765, I-131, I-485 and I-140 (NIW)
My I-731 (AP) was approved yesterday, but the I-765 (EAD) has not. Since the EAD is combined with the AP in one card, I guess is the standard procedure to approve the AP before the EAD right?
All my receipt notices are for the Texas Center. Can anybody provide input based on a similar experience..? I am trying to figure out if there is any correlation between the AP approval and the subsequent EAD approval which is my priority now.
When things show signs of movement, I am wondering if these two moves together in terms of processing time or they follow independent streams, meaning that the EAD could take much longer to be approved?
