Applied AOS Adjustment of status 02/19/2020
Quick backround.
Got engaged 07/2019
Applied for marriage license 08/2019, but never married him because i cut off the engagement for cheating, therefore no marriage!
Move on with my life, met my future husband back in 12/2018, got married 12/2019 (1 year after i met him )and applied for my AOS 02/19/2020
Today my ex fiance called me and told me that the immigration called him i guess about our marriage license back in 2018, but told them he couldn't talk to them because he was at work, they told him they will call him back.
Why immigration would call me ??? is it something out of normal? Will this affect my application ?, should i be worried? or is it a part of the process when someone has a marriage license in the past.
I know they called him because they found out about the marriage license back in 2018
Please give me some advice, or maybe some previous experiences with that.
Appreciate your help.
