286 days (nearly 9.5 months)
Hello everyone. It has taken nearly 9.5 months (286 days) to receive case approval for my EAD card. My processing center is NBC.

A few things to note.
- I made 3 service requests for the 485, 765, and 131 (all ignored), contacted the congressman, and requested assistance from the ombudsman.
- I received an RFE for my tax transcripts after 7.5 months (outside the normal processing time) after contacting my congressman for assistance. They were informed by the USCIS that RFE's (in addition to RFIE's) reset the clock as opposed to pausing the case, which would add an additional 6-8 months to the case.

Here is my timeline.

02/02/2019: PD (130)
06/01/2019: RD (485, 765, 131)
07/24/2019: Fingerprints taken
01/23/2020: RFE (tax transcripts)
02/03/2020: RFE response received
02/26/2020: Ready to schedule interview
03/03/2020: Interview scheduled
03/12/2020: 765 and 131 approved, card sent for printing
