Expired Medical Test
We received a yellow letter stating that the seal medical report was 90 days past immigration receiving the case. The letter said wait for further notice on how to proceed.
Then we received our interview date and it states that we need to bring the medical test report. It doesn't specify if we need to do them again.
What happened was we gave our lawyer cash to file everything and his check bounced. So we had to re-file. The lawyer told us to go back to the doctor to have the medical report re-sealed. A month later immigration reviews the case and now this medical report is 90 days plus.
We really arent communicating with this lawyer anymore so do we re-do the medical test?
Also if anyone has any interview experience that would be great!
