i-130 - received date 05/3/2019 (california service center, later transfered to NBC)
i-485, i-131, i-765 - received date 09/10/2019 NBC
biometrics - around october
ready to schedule an interview - december 2019
interview scheduled end of january 2020
AOS interview - 03/11/2020 - basic questions like name, DOB, husbands name, DOB, how we met, have we met each others family. overall the officer was very polite and friendly. it was in san francisco btw. at the end she said we have 51% of being approved. later that day we got a notification that 485 was approved.
03/12/2020 - i-130 approved.
funny thing is that EAD hasnt been approved or sent yet. havent heard anything on that since we applied.
also weird that i-485 did not change to card being produced or ordered. anyone else had this experience ? i am afraid i will get the welcome letter next week, not the card itself. and I am going to lose my job offer if I am not authorized to work soon. any advice on this ?
