Hello all,
I am planning to submit i-130 for my wife. What forms do I need to submit due to this category becomes concurrently. Do I need to submit i-130A ( who will be on this form: sponsor or beneficiary)
Additionally, my wife and I have a 4 months baby who was born in the US. Do I need to claim him on my i130, i485, and i864 or he is already a US Citizen so that I don’t need to mention him on those forms except i-864.
Does anyone have the same situation?
