NYC interview 2/20/2020
Hey everyone.
I had my case for about11 months marriage to usc, she was H1b than G/C after 11 years than USC after 5 years, been married for 16 years.
Finally got my interview scheduled to 2/18/2020 and than rescheduled to 2/20/2020,
Officer was very nice, greet us with complement as she walked us to her office.
She asked us to swear, than took my I94 and told me I won’t need it anymore because my green card will arrive in 2 weeks, and now let start the interview.
She asked me what happen with my previous case(employment base I-140), I answered I was inadmissible and case was denied, -very important don’t lie, she had all my previous cases on her desk (4 cases in total).
After that question she asked me maybe 8-10 yes/no questions , she corrected 2 of them for me, and that was it, she didn’t want to see any other joint docs, I guess 16 years of marriage and 3 kids was good enough.
She told me they will run a final background check and if all good I’ll get the card by mail, 3 hours later got email card has be produced.
