Married to USC - AOS - ATL Filer - NEED HELP
Hello Friends,
I filed for AOS in January 2020.(i was on h1 - married to USC).
For my h1b petition(valid till dec2019), my employer filed extension back in october2019 and LAST WEEK MY H1B EXTENSION GOT DENIED.
Since technically my AOS is pending, i understand that i can stay in US but i can't work legally.
Question: Does this scenario make me eligible for Expedited EAD request?
If someone has experience with Expedited EAD please advise me, share your views. That would be really helpful.
