Hi guys. I'm new here. My case is EB2-NIW.
I filled it in March 2018.
I received an RFE in Sep 2019.
RFE received by USCIS Texas in DEC 10 2019.
It's been 100 days since USCIS received the RFE.
I know that the real-time for an answer is actually 90+ days for a non-marriage-based application.
Anyone had a similar case or a similar RFE timeline?
