Hello everyone, hope you are all safe and staying home during this pandemic.
I was on F1 status and got married with USC on december and filed i130, i131, i485, i765 on december..Here is the timeline;
Filed on 12/13/2019
Got Bio Appointment Letter on 01/03/2020
Went to the appointment on 01/22/2020
Got RFIE about birth certificate on 03/06/2020
Sent RFIE on 03/16/2020
and RFE recieved 03/18/2020
So here is my question on the USCIS WEBSITE i see i130 and i765 still says ‘case was recieved on 12/16/2019’
For i485 it says ‘RFE was recieved’
For i131 it says ‘fingerprints were taken on 03/12’ (i had a letter saying they are going to reuse my fingerprints so)
I dont know why i130 and i765 got stuck on december?
Is There anyone with same experience or any idea?
