I did my medical exam last month. My i693 was signed on March 5th, 2020. So my i693 will be expired this May 5th. My original interview date was March 26th but same as everybody, it was cancelled. Is there anyway I can call the customer service, ask them if I can submit this form by mail? I know i693 will valid in 2 years after Uscis receive it. Thank you!
