RFE uscis response deadline 60 days
Hi everybody,
Right now I have 2 job offers but I still have to wait for my EAD which takes ages.
I have responded to an RFE “additional” info request and the uscis is allowed to take up to 60 days for their response. They still have 18 days, but I am afraid this takes to long for the companies to wait for. Especially these days.
I tried an expedite request already but it was denied. Does somebody of you have any advice what I can do to speed up the process? Call the tier 2 officer? Any advice on what to say / ask for?
