J2 Interim EAD or Not in case of RFE
Hi everybody,

'Can I apply for an interim EAD card or not in case I received an RFE for additional information?'

Case explained - time line
November 15 2019: EAD documents received by USCIS
January 15 2020: RFE received from USCIS
February 12 2020: RFE RESPONSE received by USCIS

In total my application takes almost 150 days. USCIS officially has 90 days (excl. weekend and holidays) to come back with a decision.

Does somebody of you know whether these 90 days start from November 15 or does the counting start over from the February 12?

I really hope somebody can help me with this!

Best regards!
