No biometrics update online
I want to ask, what do someone do if biometrics is not updated online after 3 months of fingerprinting? Case is still saying “ case was received” and biometrics was done for about 3 months now with no update. Does it worth calling the USCIS ? Almost everyone I know have updated few days or weeks after fingerprints were done
