Adjustment of Status - I-485

I have not received receipt notice for my I-485
I filed and mailed my I-485 on FEB24, 24. It was delivered to Chicago LockBox on Feb28. As of today March 25, I have not received the receipt notice which I read on their website I should receive with 15 days. I called the USCIS 1-800 number. And they said no record under my name. I already email LockBox facility 2 weeks ago and didn’t hear anything from them yet. I’m freaking out. Is there anyone having same situation? And any advice? Thank you so much for any help.
