IOE receipt?
I resent my i-765 form almost 2 weeks ago (the first time sent they rejected bz of missings pages.) So TODAY I got a receipt notice that they received the form and that is in process. My question is why the recep# starts with IOE? I thought that only happens when you submit ONLINE only, thing that I did through USPS.
