Green Card approved since Dec 2019, card has not being produced

I trust you are doing fine these days.
I am writing to ask whether someone has experienced something similar and your comments.
My Green card for employment was approved on Dec 2019, but the card has not been produced nor sent. I waited the 90 days that the approval notice said I would be receiving the card. After the 90 days, I called and submitted an inquiry at the beginning of March and nothing yet. Has anyone heard or directly experienced this long wait to get the card after the case was approved?
I was given the I-551 stamp only for 6 months.
