Oct 17, 2019 We are ready to schedule an interview
Jan 27, 2020 Interview scheduled for March 16, 2020
Mar 16, 2020 Interview completed and your case must be reviewed
Mar 18, 2020 We approved your case
Mar 18, 2020 We ordered your new card
Mar 20, 2020 Card was mailed
Mar 25, 2020 I picked up my new card in the USPS office.
I know that right now are quite complicated times and no one for sure knows when the offices are going to be opened again. Just be patient, I know is complicated, but after this pandemic situation we need to be stronger people and we can overcome any obstacle.
