I-485 was denied, never received letter
I am in a very difficult position right now and I am heartbroken. My I-485 was denied on January 15, my case was never updated online, USCIS claimed they sent me a letter but I never got the letter, Every time I called them, they kept saying they were yet to make a decision on my case. I was only made aware of the denial decision after my EAD renewal application (submitted dec) was denied on 3/25 and letter stated the reason was because I didn't have an existing I-485 app, because it was denied on Jan-15. I have been calling USCIS to have a new letter re-issued with a new date so I can appeal the decision and not be put on removal proceeding. I still haven't seen the jan-15 letter and do not know the reason for the denial letter, at this point I am past my 30-day appeal grace.
Also, according to them, my I-130 was denied, and they never issued a letter neither did they update my case online, it all seem like a deliberate effort to not notify me of decisions made on my cases. The officers I spoke to said it's up to he IO on my cases to re-issue a new notice with a new date so I can appeal but they can't guarantee this would be done. I know this is a very unusual situation, but do you think they will re-issue a new letter and what can I do next?
