150 Days and no update for EAD!
Hello guys,
I am on F1 Student visa and I applied for GC based on marriage to a USC, it has been 150 days since they received my application and EAD still saying "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken" I was wondering should I call USCIS or raise a service request? below is my timeline
PD: November 1st 2019
Text Notifications:November 14th 2019
Bio-metrics: December 5th 2019
Request of Evidence: January 27th 2020
USCIS Received Response: March 6th 2020
USCIS Updated I-485 on March 13th 2020 to "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview"
Since March 13th there is no update on the interview which will take a very long time because of what is going on but there is no update regarding the EAD as well.
I have an ead-stem extension but I want to switch my job to a company that is NOT E-Verified and I don't want to get out of status. Any help?
