What to expect?
I am an ATl filer but my case was transferred to SC.
Had my interview in July of last year, but ever since, it’s been the usual long silence despite numerous submitted SR.
Yesterday I got a ‘Notice of the line of action... sent to you...’ notification on the USCIS app. Most of the time I see that people get RFE for i-485 and not I-130. I believe this is an RFE, and it’s for form I-130.
My question is, does it matter which form the RFE is for or not?
If different, what are the likely request for the form I-130?
Please help out, I want to get this to them ASAP so this can keep moving.
