I just got denied . I 130 was approved last year . Waited 9 months just to get this result . So saddened. I am lost . Haven’t received any letter yet for specific reason. Can anyone suggest what my next step would be ? I hear offices are closed, how am I suppose to reapply or file motion or anything ? All I got is 30 days and that includes weekend and public holidays. I have an attorney but they are closed too.
