RFE
Hello Everyone. Please i need your advice.
My pd is Feb10 and Biometric was March 10 and yesterday i got an RFE (I knew the RFE would be about a tax paper which i forgot to send with my application)
My question is, My wife/petitioner made 7k in 2017, 13k in 2018 and 58k in 2019. I know the $35k she made in 2019 was sufficient for household of 2. And we submitted all the w2, paustub, employment letter, and salary increase letter (because the company promoted her and her salary increase for 2020 will be $45k/year). However, she got admission into a pharmacy school starting by June 2020 and she left her job recently also due to the corona virus.
-What if during the interview (i am assuming and praying i will be called for interview by June or during her enrolment in the pharmacy school) the officer ask where is she working and If she say she is a student currently, will they send us another RFE providing that she is not making any income in 2020 OR will they be satisfied alone with the recent tax document we sent OR i just need a joint sponsor regardless??..
