When to contact Congress man?
Hi all,
I provided my timeline earlier beneath wrt my case. Short question, maybe helpful for all of us. Who should I contact first when the 60 day response deadline to an RFE of the uscis expires? The uscis themselves or go straight to Congress man to increase my chances to get a response to my case?
In case of Congress man, what would you recommend? Give them a call straight or send them an email?
