we have a child together
She turn 3 this year. I file my AOS this year..
I didn't used any lawyer did it all by myself.
Already received my notice for all forms
Haven't get any rfe as yet and I hope they
Don't send for any lol.
Only evidence we send was:
Lease with both name
Child birth certificate
Married certificate
Photos
My question is do I get a 10yrs GC or a 2yrs?
And do you think they'll send for more evidence
or I will just bring them to the interview
