So finally on March 23rd my I-485 updated to Ready to be scheduled for interview, then on March 30th my I-131 and I-765 got approved ... on March 31st EAD is being produced... April 3rd we mailed your card ... April 4th received notice of Approvals in the mail for both I_131 and I-765 ...
I’m Virginia / Washington DC area filler ... filled in May 2019 ... never made a request or anything and only received RFE from my husband USC for tax return and recent W2 in Jan 2020 and sent .
I sent my medical along with the whole package back in May 2019 ...
My lawyer is handling my whole case ... we are approaching our 3rd Marriage Anniversary in July ... is it possible that I get approved without an interview...??
