Adjustment of Status for minors
I was wondering if anyone knows about how the public charge rule affects petitions for kids. A family member of mine want to file an adjustment of status for children under the age of 10 years. The family receives public benefits such as medicaid and SNAP. Please share your experience if you know anything about this.
