Medical expiring after Interview Cancelled

I have my I-693 which I was suppose to take on interview date and interview got cancelled due to virus.
I called USCIS office today. They asked me not to mail my medical and bring on interview when we reschedule it. They said, we will consider medical valid even it is past 60 days. They are considering anything valid which was due between March 1 and May 31 and was completed during that time.
