EAD expedite approved
Hi all,
Does anyone have any recent info on how long it takes to receive EAD + SS once expedite has been approved?
My timeline for anyone curious-
1. Applied for initial EAD on 02/14/2020 (on L2 visa, which I received in early FEB)
2. Obtained receipt number over the telephone around 03/17/20 (did not receive in mail for some reason, ? slow mail due to covid-19)
3. Requested expedite over telephone on 03/20/20 as I am an RN - needed urgently here in NYC
4. Expedite approved on 03/27/20
5. No further news or mail...
P.s application is being processed in Texas, I live in NYC. My online portal still says 'expedite received' although I have an email saying it has been approved.
