Hello everyone,
My journey has ended for adjustment of status. I decided to write this to help those with similar situations and those who are in Miami and still waiting.
Arrived in the US on B1/B2 (visitor) later filed for an extension which was Denied.
Married USC October 2017
Sent Package (i-485, i-130, i-765, i-131) to USCIS: Jan 2019 - FIeld Office Miami
Interview: October 2019 (Status was never changed and only said "Interview was scheduled")
The interview went for an hour and 30 minutes, (we were not separated)
After that radio silence.
I sent two Service Requests (Out of processing time) one on i-130 and the other one on i-485. Contacted Congressmen office but never heard back from them after sending the Privacy form.
April 7, i-485 and i-130 updated to Case was approved.
Patience is everything. I kept myself busy I did what I could and then left the rest to God. Yes, there were moments of anxiety and depression but I always compared the situation to being in a Storm at the sea. There's pretty much nothing you can do but to wait for it to pass.
