RFE for medical
Hi,
I got RFE for medical. I have a question if someone can help please.
This is what RFE asked.
"Submit a complete Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record."
So they asked for 3 things.
1. I-693
2. Medical Examination
3. Vaccination Records
Out of 14 pages of 693, page 5, part 6 is medical examination and part 10 is vaccination record. It looks like if I send only enclosed envelope, it will cover requirement 1, 2 and 3.
But just to make sure, my question is, should I send vaccination records from county health department as well.
