Interview Waiver?
Hi everyone I hope you all are safe and in good spirits. Is there anyone from Seattle that has had their marriage based interview waived since this pandemic? I sent my case since October 2019 (i-765 and i485), married to USC in October 2018. The case is ready for an interview since March 14, 2020. My i130 was approved in October 2019 as well. Do you think my green card may get approved without an interview?
My EAD has not been approved yet which is another added stress.
I'm patient but this pandemic has made me a little curious about what's gonna happen in the coming months.
