How to respond to NOID
I am trying to respond to my NOID and I contacted one of the best lawyers around , he charged me $1500 to help me write a response and he told me I should be prepared to refile again. I asked him what my chances were he said 50/50 but if I refile and he helps me I will be having an 80% chance .
So I have decided to file myself , and save the $1500 in case I may need to refile because I haven’t been working for the last two weeks and a denial means I will be having a short time to refile .
Now I need guideiance on how to refile . I have answers already to all their questions but I wish I can see a sample . I can’t find any marriage based sample online.. anybody with a useful link ?
