Hey guys . After 39 long months . I finally receive my green card !!! I was so discouraged but you guys gave me hope . I never posted anything on here till last week .
Office is : MIAMI . I had TPS I’m Haitian and I married a US citizen
Filed date : 12/09/16
Interview date was 2 years after : 01/29/19
And today I received my green card 04/10/20
Every since I send the application , nothing ever updated online . NOTHING. I did get 3 EAD in total . I did so many inquire , all of them was saying the same thing . Still doing investigation . I thought that meant they was planning on denying me because I got arrested bout 9 years ago but case was dismissed , and now my husband and I not even together anymore . So it’s been a lot of stressed . !
So thank you so much guys .
Just have faith ! As long as your marriage is real, you will get approve . It’s just there’s no time limit on this For real . ! Ohh and the green card is for 10 years !
