Hi guys,
It’s been a long and difficult journey of six and half months and finally I got my green card in hand today without an interview.
My PD is 9/16/2020 and interview was supposed to be on March 20th which got cancelled. I thought I’d have to wait for a very long time for the corona virus outbreak to get contained and get an interview date and I don’t consider myself lucky so when I got my green card approved without an interview I was pleasantly surprised.
God has been very kind and this forum has been very supportive throughout this journey so thank you everyone for helping me.
For some of you who want to know if I sent my Medicals before the interview, yes I did send it separately a month after I initially send my i 485 and other forms and no I did not hire a lawyer for the GC process.
I probably won’t be active in this forum as much as before but I’ll be happy to answer any questions you have. Furthermore if you want to read about my case in depth, you can always go to my profile and read my experiences that I have posted before.
If I can get a GC without interview then you guys can too if you have a strong case but also keep in mind that Uscis takes decision on case by case basis so nothing is guaranteed.
