My wife wants to add me as a dependent on her tax return
I got my ssn and work authorization in February 2020.
My wife wants to file her tax return and we thinking she should add me as a dependent since I didn’t work throughout the whole of 2019.
With the new public charge act, I’m hoping her adding me as a dependent will not affect my green card application.
Pls help with advise guys.
