Hi all - wanted to submit my case for everyone as I have been following the forum quietly.
- I-485 and I-140 concurrent filing (NOV 2019) | EB2 rest of world
- Dallas Field Office
- Biometrics on Dec 2019
-"Ready for Interview" on early Feb 2020
-"Interview Cancelled" on early April 2020 (possibly due to covid, but never got a noticed for interview anyways)
-RFE for Medical issued on first week of April 2020
Based on the RFE for medical, I suspect an interview waiver will occur. The USCIS policy manual says that this is at the discretion of the officer so its not an impossibility. Planning on answering the RFE this week, or ASAP.
