Request for Initial Evidence I-693
I-485 package was submitted two months ago for EB with approved I-140. Attorney suggested not to submit I 693 until the interview. Today we received an initial RFE for I 693. Case on hold until we send the medical and we don’t even have EAD/AP. Just wanted to share this experience because it doesn’t seem to be a common case at least until now April 2020.
