RFE I-693
Hi, everyone. I received an RFE last week with a checklist of things they still require to review my I-485 case. One of these items are my medical examination forms and vaccine records. It says to “please submit form I-693, report for medical examination and vaccination record” and to “obtain a vaccination certification from a designated civil surgeon”. However, I submitted all of these medical forms, including updated vaccinations, with my initial packet back on August of 2019. My lawyer says that the physical should be valid for two years but USCIS might have updated form I-693 so the one I sent last year is out of date. Do I need to go do another physical and pay for that or is there a way my doctor could maybe write up another copy of the old I-693 in the new format. I’d like to send these out quickly without having to pay for another examination. Has anyone had a similar issue?
