Hi everyone
I need advice regarding my i751 case
Here is my timeline
13/ 12 /2018 - case recieved
5/ 1/ 2019 - biometric done
6/ 3/ 2020 - request for addional evidence
In rfe they asked me to send joint tax return and bank statements but i filed as waiver with extreme cruelity
I live with my wife only 6 months because my wife and her family tortured me abused me and threatened me to kill me or deport me . They also threatened my family in india . They wanted me to live accorind to them . I was not allowed to talk to my parents and friends in india my wife also lock me in room when she go to her work . I suffered alot in 6 months . And we seperated after 6 months of marriage . I came usa only because of my wife . She was very nice with me before marriage her family members were also in good terms with me but after our marriage they showed their true colours . After this marriage i was in depression i take help of psychiatrist to live normal life
Please suggest me what should i do now ??
Does anyone have idea is there any chances that my case got denied for not having joint papers ??
