Please help me to choose an option between H1B & EAD
Hi guys, I need some suggestions from you. I’m working on H1B in a state university from last May. My wife & two kids are on H4 & they have their ITIN. We’ve our legal visa status for two more years. My supervisor also wants me to continue here as long as I want.
My I-140 (EB2-NIW-ROW) got approved on September 2019 (self petition) & we filled our I-485 on December 2019. Tomorrow we’re going receive our EAD & AP cards. We accepting our GC interview in near future since our REFs have been submitted successfully.
Now my concern is, should I use EAD instead of H1B? In that case my wife can work. Although she doesn’t have any intention to work right now since my one kid is too young & situation here is not favourable to work for COVID-19.
Please guide me which option should be better for me? Please share some details opinion. I don’t know much about all those processes.
