Hello Everyone
My case is outside of normal processing times 250 days now. I have reached out to both congressman and ombudsman's office.
Congressman's office tells me they reached out yesterday and ombudsman's office initially told me it could take them up to 3 months before reaching out but eventually they expedited my case within their office and reached out immediately.
That means that now both congressman office and ombudsman have reached out about the case.
For everyone that has been in the same situation before please tell me what should I expect??
