I 485 rejected due to filed on outdated form
hello guys this community always been helpful. Today I need your help guys. I filed for my wife I-485, I-130 I-765 and medical exam concurrently. My application package has been rejected because I485 filed on outdated version. I have received i-797 receipt notice that say " your application have been rejected because of outdated form filed, resubmit application with updated form". I also receive green letter too. My only question is do I have to resubmit only I 485 or all the forms since only I 485 is only outdated? USCIS also put the stamp on the bottom of the every page should I resubmit everything way it is? also they have opened my medical exam so Do i have to submit the new medical or just send them the same which has stamp on it. They also put stamp on my supporting documents also and have made separate bunch with staple on it. should I send those documents the way they are?
