I765 (EAD) family based-waiting for 8 months
Hi everyone,
I have been waiting for my EAD card for 8months. I applied in 08/19/2019, and it is outside of normal processing time now. I filed an e-request in 03/23/2020. I kept calling USCIS, but they said I have to to 30says for them to respond my normal e-request.
I'm really frustrated of waiting and calling. Each representative spoke to me in different ways, so much confused right now. One of them said if you file the expedite request, your application will be put back 3 months???? Does anyone have an idea on that?
I also emailed my congressmen in my district and waiting for the response. Hopefully it will help in some way.
Could you guys please tell me what I should do in this situation? My offer will start on June, 5 weeks from today, and I still get nothing. :(
