Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi everyone - It's been a pretty stressful few days and weeks for myself and a lot of other people as we all try to figure out what is going on. My timeline is as follows:

EB2-NIW - National Benefits Center
Priority Date:12/18/18
I-140 approved: 11/9/2019
I-485, I-131, & I-765 filed: 12/24/19

Since filing:
1/27/20: Biometrics completed
3/13/20: I-131 "Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken"
4/10/20 - RFIE for I-485 notification - Request for I-693 Medicals
4/21/20 - I-485 "RFE received"
4/22/20 - I-765 "New Card Being Produced"

So, first off, I am happy that the EAD is approved and being produced. That was a bit of a surprise this morning, I find the rest a little odd. Something about the sequence is strange. I haven't received any notice for "interview ready to be scheduled" or "Interview waived" for the I-485 but I got the RFIE for medicals. Then the next day my EAD is approved. It is also not clear if the I-131 is approved. it was filed as a combo card request but not updates....

I had hoped that the RFIE was indicating that my I-485 might be headed for approval but now I am not so sure. With all of yesterday's and today's uncertainty I am not sure what to expect next.

Does anyone have any insight as to what may be happening with my application and what may be next?
