Can USCIS hire more knowledgeable personnel?
I am really starting to despise this system more and more. Trying to remain positive and calm, but they're really pushing some buttons.
Long story short, waiting for a decision after AOS interview that happened in July 2019 (no RFE's, no NOID's, no house visits). Luckily I have my EAD. Every time I try to inquire about the case, they keep telling me it's still under normal processing time ( PD 10/21/2018).
Last year I made an online inquiry on my i-765, which was never assigned to an officer. About 2 weeks after I placed the inquiry, miraculously, my EAD got approved. The SR was still open and not assigned to an officer (not needed anymore, of course).
Yesterday I check all my cases on my online account and it appears they have assigned the request to an officer and sent me a response.
I can't with these people... what about my 1,000,000 SR's about the i-485?!?! Ugh...
